Hide is a handcrafted timber sauna tucked into ancient woodland on the west shore of Lake Windermere, within the Graythwaite Estate.

Inspired by a traditional wildlife hide, its panoramic window looks out across the lake, framing the changing light, water and weather beyond. A quiet place to slow down, switch off and disappear for an hour.

The Hour

An hour between heat and water

An hour at Hide moves at your own pace. Warm up in the sauna, cool off in the plunge, under the outdoor shower or in the lake, then head back into the heat when you're ready. There is no prescribed routine, the hour is yours.
